What you get for an annual/monthly fee:

A HR Audit: We gather information on your current HR practices by reviewing written material and conducting interviews with key individuals about the people management aspects your business incorporating :

  • Recruitment and selection methods and where these could be improved to ensure you attract and retain the best
  • HR policies and procedures and your subsequent level of exposure to employment legislation
  • Management and leadership capability
  • Health & Safety standards and documentation
  • Employee relations (including working with trade unions if applicable)
  • Summary risk assessment and corrective action report

Policies & Procedures

We do provide a range of standard polices and procedures in our HR Resource Centre. These can be purchased online. However if you require a more bespoke service we can provide this too. We can quote for a one off project to review and implement the changes required in order bring your employment policies and procedures in line with current legislation and best practice HR. We also provide service plans:

Ongoing support throughout the year:

  • Up to ten days a year to work with you in your organisation. These could be monthly board meetings to address specific business priorities – strategic or tactical. Even perhaps improving your management capability via training workshops.
  • Online HR support via our website
  • Copy of the Reach Employment Handbook (can also be bespoke to your organisation).
  • Monthly HR update bulletin
