Reach Resourcing Solutions was established in February 2004. Our Managing Director and senior HR consultant is Peter Emsell who holds a Masters Degree in Human Resource Management. Has held several senior HR positions in Blue Chip organisations over the last 20 years and is also an HR occupational assessor and Chartered Fellow of the Institute of Personnel and Development (FCIPD).
